Coronavirus Safety Protocols

The health and well-being of you and your kitty is our top priority. As news of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in our community continues to develop, we are monitoring the situation closely. At this time, Uniquely Cats Veterinary Center remains open and is operating under normal business hours. As the situation changes we will post updates to this page.

In an effort to minimize human-to-human contact and possibly spreading the coronavirus, all appointments will be a combination of “virtual” for you and “physical” for your cat.

The basic protocol will be for you to bring your feline friend to the hospital entry and one of our staff will take your friend into the hospital.  You can either bring your kitty earlier in the day or at the time of the appointment. Our staff will help you with the paperwork and logistics.

At your appointment time you will have a video conference while your kitty is with the doctor.  Whether you dropped your feline companion off earlier in the day and are sitting at home or if you just arrived and are sitting in your car for the video conference we will see to your and your feline friend’s needs all while doing our best to minimize everyone’s risk of contracting COVID-19.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we work through these new  appointment procedures. If you do not feel comfortable with our procedures please discuss with our staff to see if we can accommodate your concerns.
